1. Returns Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase, allowing you to return most items for a full refund or exchange. In order to be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all included accessories, manuals, tags, and labels intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Orders made through our website (www.lynara.site) can use the order number as proof of purchase.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

If your return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this RA number as returns without authorization will not be processed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, or other concerns. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Gift cards or other forms of store credits
  • Downloadable software products or digital content
  • Personalized or customized items that were specifically made to your order
  • Perishable goods, such as food, beauty, and skincare products
  • Intimate items, including undergarments or swimsuits for hygiene reasons

Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure that the products are suitable for return.

3. How to Return Your Item

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@lynara.site or call us at 504-947-4623. Please provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a return authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the RA number, securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and paperwork. Be sure to include the RA number on the outside of the return package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return shipping process.

  4. Processing the Return: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange request. Please note that the item must be in new, unused condition for a full refund. Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal.

4. Refunds

Once your return is processed and accepted, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that:

  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The amount refunded will be the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable shipping charges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you received a discount or promotional offer on your order, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

If your purchase was made using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be credited to your account in the form of store credit.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the replacement product. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@lynara.site or call 504-947-4623. We will provide a free return shipping label and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Please note that we require photographs of the damaged or defective item to assist in processing the claim. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 5 business days of receiving the order.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. If the return is a result of our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For any other returns, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping. We recommend choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above.

9. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any customs or import duties. International returns must also be made within 30 days of receiving the order. If you wish to return an international order, please contact us for further instructions.
